Well, as January comes to an end (finally, might I add?), I find myself looking towards February – and debating what, exactly, I plan on reading throughout the upcoming month. And while I had a relatively successful month of reading in January (I read 6 books – yay!), there are still quite a few unread books staring at me accusingly from my To Be Read Box – making me feel even more guilty about my pre-orders that are already enroute!
So, as always, you’ll find that this list is a little bit of a mix of everything – older releases hoping to escape my To Be Read Box, new releases I can’t wait to pick up, and even a couple ARC’s I’m excited to crack open. Oh, and also? I still haven’t read Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon, but… one day, right?
SO WHAT WILL I BE READING IN FEBRUARY 2020?
- Starsight by Brandon Sanderson (Release Date: November 26, 2019)
- One of Us is Next by Karen M Mcmanus (Release Date: January 7, 2020)
- Nameless Queen by Rebecca Mclaughlin (Release Date: January 7, 2020)
- Infinity Son (The Infinity Cycle) by Adam Silvera (Release Date: January 14, 2020)
- Tweet Cute by Emma Lord (Release Date: January 21, 2020)
- Given (ARC) by Nandi Taylor (Release Date: January 21, 2020)
- Ember Queen by Laura Sebastian (Release Date: February 4, 2020)
- Red Hood by Elana K Arnold (Release Date: February 25, 2020)
I would also like to draw your attention to several other YA releases you should definitely check out this month. They are not on my reading list, as I have already previously read them, due to the kindness and generosity of Indigo Books and Music Inc., and Raincoast Books, who provided me with Advance Review Copies in exchange for an honest reviews. These books include The Stars We Steal by Alexa Donne (Release Date: February 4, 2020), Storm from the East by Joanna Hathaway (Release Date: February 11, 2020), and The Shadows Between Us by Tricia Levenseller (Release Date: February 25, 2020). Having read all three of these fantastic new YA Novels, I can undoubtedly recommend to YA Fantasy and Science Fiction Fans – and if you’re not convinced, please do feel free to check out my reviews (which will be posted throughout the month of February)!
